- When will my order ship out?
Please allow us 2 business days to ship out your order. We usually ship every weekday at 3pm.
- What if my card does not work?
We guarantee that our card will work on your DS. If it does not work, please contact us to get the card replaced.
- When will my order arrive?
Domestic orders (orders within US) - Takes usually 1-3 business days. We ship from California.
International orders – Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order.
- Will I get my shipping tracking #?
Domestic orders (orders within US) - will receive a tracking # through USPS. We will email you the tracking # to your Google Checkout email address.
International orders – will not receive a tracking #. Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order. We can provide tracking for express shipping but the shipping fee will start at $35 usd, please contact us to set this up.
